Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or incorrect, you are welcome to send it back to us for a FULL REFUND within 30 days of delivery. Besides, replacement of same product or exchange for same value item is welcome. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.

The return of items is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending back by registered or recorded delivery.

Unwanted Item

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the item or items to us within 7 days of delivery for refund. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and with any seals or wrapping unbroken).

Return Method

If you wish to return any goods, please use Contact Us function to contact our Customer Support team for Returns Authorization. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

It may take up to 7 working days to process your return after we receive your product.

You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange request within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly.

Prohibited Returns or Exchanges

Customized or personalized merchandise, as well as gift certificates may not be returned or exchanged.
